Western's Center for Economic Vitality to host customer service ...

Western Washington University's Center for Economic Vitality, the Lynden Chamber of Commerce and the Lynden Downtown Business Association will host "Shockingly Good: How To Keep Your Customers Coming Back," from 8 to 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Dutch Mothers Restaurant, 405 Front St., in Lynden.

The seminar is free and open to the public, but advance registration is requested. Participants should register by calling the Lynden Chamber of Commerce at 360-354-5995.

Meg Greenfield, the center's assistant director, will give the presentation along with Eric Grimstead, a business strategist with the center.
